What we collect

When you submit a brief we collect the details you type into it: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and current website, along with your answers about the project.

When you pay, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We never see or store your card number. We keep a Stripe payment reference, the amount and the date.

Our server logs record IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Why we collect it

To quote your project, deliver it, and contact you about it. That's the whole list. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent a brief.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to take payment. Our email provider, to send you confirmations and blueprints. Our hosting provider, which stores the data at rest. Each of these processes the data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Briefs that don't turn into projects are deleted after 24 months. Records for delivered projects are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@futurbyte.co and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie for the internal order board, and it is only set for our own staff signing in.
