The Challenge

As the business grew, MORE Café was looking for a system that can keep track of all their human resource related tasks, this includes leaves, processes and workflows. They wanted a system that not only helped them keep track of their employees and their processes but also stay in compliance with Dubai Health Authorities guidelines. 

Along with an HRMS, they wanted a system that would allow them to collect customer details for their loyalty program as well. 

The Solution

After running an initial audit on their existing system, we concluded that MORE Café will need an HRMS that will digitise everything from leaves, restaurant opening procedures, check in and out, processes, workflows, branches – checklists, plans, procedures management. 

In order to do this, we built a fully custom solution that handles all requirements that MORE Café required for their HR solution. With our process visualisation, we were able to create the solution which would improve workflows for both employees and managers. With Backend PHP, front end Bootstrap, Database Java, MYSQL we were able to deliver the perfect HRM solution that was linked to the growth of MORE Café. 

The Results

After the deployment of the system, MORE Cafe had seen a massive improvement in their processes. The fully customised HRMS that helped them streamline their operational processes. The team at MORE Cafe reported better communication between the team and the automated financial management system ensured that the payroll and expenses were catered to accordingly. This coupled with the information logging system enabled efficiency in their daily processes. 

All in all, our HRM system helped More Cafe focus on their processes without being tied down by repetitive manual tasks.
