One of the major pain points for organisations in the financial industry, specifically investment firms, is the clunky processes. The financial firm was struggling with managing investors money as well as agent invoicing. They wanted a system in place that would allow them to track and record the incoming and outgoing cashflow, the agent and investor information and all the documentation in a centralised system.
The Solution
After conducting a through overview and analysis of the existing system, we identified the need to automate certain manual processes and creating a centralised hub which contained all the data pertaining to the investment firm.

This helped the firm track agent commission, investors’ cashflow, and the entire process would then be passed to the investment management team.
We also created a document management system that allowed the firm to upload documents, track applications, track investors performance, amount, payments, returns, and any associated documentation.
